Rates are net inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT
Rates are inclusive of daily breakfast for 2 persons per room and internet access
Any requests i.e. bedding type, room close to each other, sea view is subject to room availability
Check-in time: After 15:00 hrs. / Check-out time: Before 11:00 hrs.
Early check in and late check out cannot be confirmed at this moment. It is subject to our availability basis.
1 night guarantee will be charged within 24 hours after the reservation is made. The cost for the remaining nights will be charged after the cancellation deadline of 12 January 2022.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Cancellation and modification without charge is possible before 12 January 2022.
In case of cancellation, modification, non-arrival, shorten stay or early departure of your hotel reservation after 12 January 2022, full charge will be applied based on all night stays.

Any amendment and cancellation, kindly refer to the e-hotel confirmation number with the detail of amendment.
Please rest assured that we provide flexible policy during the COVID-19 situation. If traveling period is affected by government restriction, you may choose to either keep deposit and postpone the date free of charge or cancel with full refund. However, please note that in normal situation all payment is non-refundable after 12 January 2022.

AIRPORT TRANSFER (PHUKET AIRPORT)

Airport Transfer from Phuket International Airport to Centara Grand Beach Phuket (Conference Venue) will be provided free of charge, starting from Saturday 23 January 2022. Should you need airport transfer service, kindly make a request and provide your travel itinerary on the Conference Registration Page.

Arrival:

Upon your arrival, please contact the counter/our representative with the signboard “Prince Mahidol Award Conference”.

Departure:

For your return ight, Airport Transfer to Phuket International Airport will be departing from Centara Grand Beach Phuket (Conference Venue), and will be available from Thursday 27 January until Monday 31 January 2022. Please contact the Airport Transfer Reservation Desk onsite during the conference period to conrm your departure time from the Hotel.

VISA

Participants are responsible for obtaining an appropriate visa to Thailand, if needed. The invitation letter from the conference organizers can be used to apply for a visa. Information on countries requiring a visa to Thailand as well as the contact information of the Royal Thai Embassy or Royal Thai Consulate-General in each country can be found on the website https://thaiconsulatela.org/en/list-of-countries-allowed-30-day-stay-without-a-visa-for-tourism-only-passport-must-be-valid-for-at-least-six-more-months/. Visa application time varies by country. It is advised to apply for your visa early in advance.

Thailand Pass System

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is mandatory for both Thai and foreign travelers who intend to enter Thailand to register to ‘Thailand Pass System’ to make the documentation process of travelers entering Thailand.

The Thailand Pass System is a free-of-charge, online-based system that replaces the previous Certificate of Entry (COE) system. Travelers must register to the Thailand Pass System in order to submit their travel and health information such as vaccine certificates for processing of the documented permission to enter Thailand.

Travel Insurance

To apply for Thailand Pass, one of the mandatory documents that travelers must submit to the system is the COVID-19 insurance policy. The qualified insurance policy must expressly state that it covers up to 50,000 USD medical expenses including COVID 19 for the costs of isolation, quarantine, testing, and treatment. The insurance must cover the whole stay of the applicant in Thailand. Please keep in mind that the Thailand Pass System only accepts one attachment therefore it is important to have a one-page Certificate of Insurance with all the required information.
